Some Computer Related Sites:

  • C/Net is a good place to get computer information and news.

  • I take my computer to PC Magic Pro Computers when I can't fix it myself. They do very good work and are reasonably priced.

  • NewEgg.com is great place where I get a large percentage of my computer parts.

Some Interesting Sites:

  • The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is an annual balloon fiesta that takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA during early October. The balloon fiesta is a nine day event, and has around 750 balloons. The event is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world. In addition, it is widely considered the most photographed event in the world.

  • The Palazzo is where I normally try to stay when in Las Vegas. It is a luxury hotel and casino resort located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is the tallest completed building in Nevada. Designed by the Dallas based HKS, Inc., the hotel offers luxury in an Italian Renaissance ambiance. The hotel and casino are part of a larger complex (operated as one hotel) comprising the adjoining Venetian Resort and Casino and the Sands Convention Center, all of which are owned and operated by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation. This all-suite hotel offers the largest standard accommodations on the Las Vegas Strip at 720 square feet (67 m2) per guest room. The hotel complex is named the largest hotel in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.

  • Vegas.com, "The Official VEGAS Travel Site", is where I get most of my tickets for shows.

  • Cirque du Soleil is a wonderful group of performers from all over the world.

Some Places I Like To Visit:

  • The Walt Disney World Resort is the world's largest and most visited recreational resort, covering a 30,080-acre (47.00 sq mi; 121.7 km2) area just southwest of Orlando, Florida, USA and encompassing four theme parks (Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and the Magic Kingdom), two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), four PGA 18-hole golf courses and one 9-hole course, 24 on-site themed resort hotels (excluding 8 that are on-site, but not owned by the Walt Disney Company), including a campground, two health spas and fitness centers, and other recreational venues and entertainment.

  • The Smithsonian Institution is an educational and research institute and associated museum complex, administered and funded by the government of the United States and by funds from its endowment, contributions, and profits from its retail operations, concessions, licensing activities and magazines. Most of its facilities are located in Washington, D.C., but its 19 museums, zoo, and nine research centers include sites in New York City, Virginia, Panama, and elsewhere. It has over 136 million items in its collections, publishes two magazines named Smithsonian (monthly) and Air & Space (bimonthly), and employs the Smithsonian Police to protect visitors, staff, and the property of the museums. The Institution's current logo is a stylized sun. The Smithsonian Institution is the largest museum complex in the world.

Some Other Links:

  • Lands' End is a great place to get almost anything to wear.

  • TheMAAC.com is where I get some custom Masonic items. (Jackets, etc.) They do great work and are reasonably priced.

  • I picked up the majority of my surround sound system from local dealers. It is made up of a 5.2 speaker system from NHT. (I have a pair of subwoofers.) The electronics are by NHT, NAD, Bang & Olufsen, Nakamichi, Sony, Pioneer Elite and "normal" Pioneer. The power is protected and made stable with a pair of units from Panamax. The speaker cables are by Best Deal Cables. As well as all of the interconnect cables. (line level, optical, video, etc.) My two NHT subwoofers are connected by a pair of subwoofer interconnects by Best Deal Cables and a "Y-adaptor" by Outlaw Audio. I have also upgraded some of the power cords to "xStream Power Punch" cables by PS Audio.
